The following terms of use apply to onewayzone

Agreement between User and OneWayZone

1. Rules and Agreement
Applicable for the use of OneWayZone for all different Users (defined as”User” or ”Users”) in this agreement. This agreement must be approved by the User to be able to use OneWayZone.

2. Privacy
2.1 We do not hand out or sell your information to third parties but we reserve the right to hand out the information to authorities if there has been any illegal activity.
2.2 The User shall provide us with a real name, a correct date of birth and a correct e- mail address so that we can approve an application.2.3 We do not save your information after a period of use of OneWayZone has ended, however the information can be stored in our system/ back- up files until they have been removed.

3. Users
3.1 OneWayZone accepts no responsibility for a Users statements or actions on Onewayzone. The User has full responsibility for all materials that the User publishes, uploads and sends in the form of messages and texts.
3.2 All communication and exchange of information between Users is not the responsibility of OneWayZone. The Users are responsible for their own actions on OneWayZone.
3.3 The User can not use OneWayZone with the purpose to harm the brand or its other Users.
3.4 Users must not collect information about other Users without permission and must not use programming code or similar spiders or robots to gather data on OneWayZone.
3.5 Users also have a responsibility for what is being published on OneWayZone and also has the responsibility to report content to OneWayZone that is in conflict with this agreement.

4. Age Limit
4.1 The minimum age limit to become a member of OneWayZone is 13 years of age.

5. Media and Materials
5.1 Media such as pictures, music, video etc. is the responsibility of the User and the User has to make sure that the materials used are not illegal, copyright protected or offensive.
5.2 You, the User, is solely responsible for everything you: upload, send, publicize or create on OneWayZone.
5.3 OneWayZone will not pay any compensation for published material or for any other material that a User has uploaded on OneWayZone and will also hold the User responsible. The user accepts this responsibility by accepting this agreement.

6. Not Allowed on Onewayzone
6.1 Pornography
6.2 Trademark protected name or material without valid permission
6.3 Offensive pictures or material
6.4 Threat of violence or other threats
6.5 Bullying
6.6 Harassment
6.7 Commercial marketing when not having such a membership.6.8 Try to harm or try to get at databases
6.9 Plant harmful code, viruses, Trojans, robots or the equivalent.

7. Purpose
7.1 OneWayZone is a community that brings together Christian people and Christian organizations throughout the world to be able to offer a community where questions can be answered and where there is also an opportunity to reach new people.
7.2 To have a database consisting of congregations throughout the world that makes it possible to find a congregation when travelling or to be able to maintain friends in different congregations throughout the world.
7.3 We reserve the right to keep information about public organizations and congregations even if the User has terminated the account.
7.4 The database is a ”living” database which means that it is under constant development and it is constantly growing.

8. Suspension
8.1 OneWayZone reserves the right to close or block a User with immediate effect in cases when the User do not follow this agreement without having to give the User any notification.
8.2 In normal cases the User will receive a warning which will after continuous activity from the User lead to suspension from OneWayZone but we reserve the right to decide which Users that is allowed to use OneWayZone and to suspend Users without giving any reason.
8.3 If a User has registered as an organization and is not entitled to represent or take action on behalf of the organization or registers a non existing organization. This will lead to blocking of the concerned ip address.
8.4 On OneWayZone our core belief is summed up in the Apostles’ Creed, the churches and congregations that create a profile shares this creed and are not trying to mislead with faulty information. This can lead to suspension and blocking of IP addresses.

9. Different Users
9.1 Standard Member
A Standard Member is an individual that can use OneWayZone to communicate at different levels and through different Medias and use all of the functions, such as: Chat, Calendar, Forum, Photo Album, Links, and Search etc. if these services are available.
9.2 Congregation/Charity Organization
A Congregation/Charity Organization can use all the features that a Standard Member can use but with the exception that this category also can create links to their Congregations including pictures, map, webpage etc. This category can also create groups and posts in the forum. This category is for voluntary organizations/ congregations/ churches without any profit interest.
9.3 Companies
Companies are an organization that can add links in the same way as Congregations/ Help Organizations but has a profit interest. OneWayZone has very firm rules in regards to which organizations that are approved, we would prefer that there is a connection to Christian services for example through a bookstore, music or similar.
9.4 Artists
This category is for musicians or a group of musicians. This category does not differ significantly from the category for a Standard Member except that Users under this category can create an unlimited number of groups and also add music to pages. (This category will be launched at a later time)

10. Advertising
10.1 Certain User categories can create ads. Advertising occurs on OneWayZone and is firmly controlled by audits to certify that the content of the ads is accepted by OneWayZone.
10.2 If a User adds an ad that is accepted but nevertheless constitutes a conflict with the content or integrity of the User agreement of OneWayZone it will be removed and depending on the content a warning will be issued or the User will be suspended.
10.3 We reserve the right to let a third party the create ads on OneWayZone.

11. Payments
11.1 Standard Member – Free
11.2 Congregation/Charity Organization – Free (Can add a distinctive location and create ads against a fee)(ads will be launched at a later time)
11.3 Moderator Plus – Free (Can add a sponsored location and create ads against a fee)(ads will be launched at a later time)
11.4 Artist – Free (this category will be launched at a later time)
11.5 If the buyers of services are located in Sweden or in another European Union country and if they are private persons then the service is converted in Sweden according to chapter 5 section 6 of the Swedish Value Added Tax Act and Swedish value added tax is charged with a 25 % tax rate.
11.6 If the buyers are located in a country outside the European Union and if they are private persons the service is converted abroad according to chapter 5 section 17 paragraph 2 Swedish Value Added tax Act and value added tax will not be charged.
11.7 If these services are provided to traders abroad (outside Sweden) they are converted abroad according to chapter 5 section 5 Swedish Value Added Tax Act and no value added tax is charged. It is the buyer that shall report the value added tax
11.8 If complete information is not provided when being a trader this will result in us charging value added tax, which we are forced to do according to Swedish law.

12. Changes
12.1 OneWayZone reserves the right to change or modify this agreement at any time and it is the Users responsibility to be updated on the Rules and Agreement for OneWayZone.

13. Disputes
13.1 A User cannot claim any compensation from OneWayZone or its other Users if a dispute would occur.13.2 Eventual disputes regarding this agreement shall be decided by Nacka Tingsrätt as the first instance. Only Swedish Law shall be applicable.

14. Cookies

14.1 There can be instances when third party programs uses cookies on OneWayZone. A third party can place and read cookies in the Users browser.
14.2 For the use of pictures for traffic analyzing to gather information as a result from ads being shown on the website.

15. Countries
15.1 This agreement is constructed according to Swedish Law and complies with Swedish Law. If a User is not a Swedish citizen then this agreement will be valid as a written agreement between two parties.
15.2 X- out AB runs OneWayZone and owns the trademark OneWayZone. If this agreement is not applicable or does not cover the issue at hand then the law applicable in the Users own country will be applicable and must be adhered to by the User.

16. Rights
16.1 Users of OnewayZone have no right to create or market the trademark OneWayZone except when it comes to material that has been produced by X- out AB in that purpose.
16.2 When the trademark OneWayZone has been misused we reserve the right to have the case pursued further and tried in a Court of Law. Se other item 13.1 above.
16.3 X- out AB holds all the rights to change or remove any material on OnewayZone without any consent.
16.4 The OneWayZone Agreement is also an agreement with X- out AB that owns the trademark OneWayZone and the community that is managed under the name OneWayZone.
16.5 If there should be any serious harassment or threats we will report it to the Police.

17. Invalidity of Terms
17.1 If any regulation or part of the agreement is assessed as being invalid then this shall not result in that the agreement as a whole should be regarded invalid. If a party’s rights or obligations in accordance to the agreement are affected then an adjustment of the agreement shall be performed.

18. Approval
18.1 If you accept this agreement it is legally binding. The Agreement is considered accepted and signed when the box in front of the text:”I have read, understood and accepted the membership conditions”.
